Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

All credit / debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit / debit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Package and postageon UK orders is charged at £1.00 on orders under £8.01, £2.00 on orders below £20.00, £3.50 on orders* below £30.00, £5.50 on orders* between £30.00 and £70.00 and orders* over £70 will be despatched free of charge.

Whilst postage is offered free on orders above £70, the cost of titles not yet published will not contribute to this total.

Postage on overseas orders will be charged at £3.50 on orders below £20.00, then at 15% of the order total in £25 increments up to £250, Orders between £250 and £500 will be charged at £75.00

* not including subscriptions, back issues and binders, where P&P is included in the price
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as possible and you should normally receive your order within 7 working days. International orders are gererally received in under 21 days. Some titles may take longer if out of stock at the time of ordering. If a title is out of stock or not yet published, to keep postage costs to a minimium we will despatch your order in full once we can fulfil it. If you prefer not to wait for availability of out of stock or unpublished items, and to receive part of your order ahead of the delayed title, please let us know; it is our policy to charge postage on each part of such orders using our postal charge bandings.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Prices quoted include VAT where applicable.
